Out-of-Stock/Back-Ordered Products Policy
If your order includes out-of-stock items, the remaining in-stock items will be shipped as soon as the order is paid for. Back-ordered items will be sent to you via ground shipping at no additional charge when the stock is replenished. You can request the order to be shipped in one batch when all items are available.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been shipped, contact our customer service department at inquiry@weizeus.comor call (562)456-0507. We will do our best to assist you in a timely fashion. Special order items and items marked as shipped cannot be canceled after the order is processed. Returned items are subject to restocking fees. If an order cannot be canceled, you will be able to return eligible items, shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy:
Our return policy allows you 30 days from the date of item delivery to request a return. Please note that returns are not accepted after this 30-day period.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, including all items inside the box and in their original packaging. Customers are required to provide photos and videos of the products and boxes. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

Customers are responsible for processing and shipping costs for both delivery and return if they purchase the wrong product or no longer want it.

If the product is defective or damaged, please provide photos or videos to our customer service within 10 days of receiving the goods. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs. Failure to do so within 10 days or a lack of response will make the buyer responsible for any loss.
Return Process:
Upon receiving returned items, we will verify the product's condition within 2-3 business days and initiate a refund within the next 3 business days. We will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please note that the bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund.
Limited Warranty:
WEIZE comes with a 1-year/2-year/5-year/10-year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty is only applicable to original purchasers and starts on the purchase date. It does not extend if the product is repaired or replaced.
The Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized repair, external causes beyond our control, or force majeure events (e.g., fire, earthquake, lightning, water damage).

I’ve only had it 2 weeks use it for an electric golf push cart. Started with full charge played two 18 hole rounds on a very hill course and it’s still at 80% charge according to-my volt meter and the chart that comes in owners manual. I’m going to play another round or two then see where it’s at before I change the battery. Very happy so far

I haven't installed the battery yet. I bought it to put on my boat to power 2 graphs and a stereo. The battery came well packaged, in fact I'm going to use the foam when I install it on my boat. Iffen I have issues , I will report them.
Bought a boat that had a small flooded cell marine battery and old Minn Kota. Bought the new iPilot and battery. Was leaning toward AGM for the bang for buck, but decided on this lithium as weight is significantly different, and makes a difference in a smaller aluminum boat.After practice days and a full day tournament on the water with the wind blowing 20+, this thing has been incredible. Ran the trolling motor all tournament and it had plenty left when I put the boat on the rack. Can’t speak to longevity yet, but so far it’s been perfect.
This is the 3rd or 4th Weize battery I have gotten. I usually get Weize batteries for my motorcycles because they fit and work great. I decided to get one for one of my cars this time and it was packed extremely well, arrived quickly, I put it in my car, the car fired right up, and so far so good. I would recommend Weize batteries to anyone. They seem to be well-built, do more than just the standard ones plus they are priced right.
