Terms and Conditions for Large Orders

 

1. General Terms

🔸These terms and conditions apply to all large orders placed with WEIZE, defined as any order exceeding 200 units.
🔸By placing a large order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
🔸These terms supersede any other agreements unless explicitly stated and agreed upon in writing by WEIZE.

    2. Order Confirmation

    🔸All large orders are subject to review and approval by WEIZE. The company reserves the right to accept, modify, or decline any large order based on availability, pricing, or other considerations.
    🔸Upon acceptance, WEIZE will provide an estimated timeline for order fulfillment, including production, processing, and delivery schedules.

      3. Pricing and Payment

      🔸Pricing for large orders is negotiable and may reflect discounts, volume pricing, or special terms that differ from standard pricing. All pricing agreements must be documented in the final PO.
      🔸Full payment must be made in accordance with the agreed payment terms. WEIZE reserves the right to cancel the order if payment is not received on time.

        4. Order Modifications and Cancellations

        🔸Any requested modifications to a large order must be submitted in writing and are subject to WEIZE's approval. Modifications may affect the pricing, delivery timeline, and overall terms of the order.
        🔸Cancellations of large orders:

        ▪️ Pre-Production: Orders canceled before production begins may incur a cancellation fee, as stipulated in the PO.

        ▪️ Post-Production Commencement: Once production has begun, the order is considered final, and cancellations will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the full cost of the order as per the original agreement.

          5. Shipping and Delivery

          🔸For products that require production, the estimated timeline for delivery is 60 to 80 days from the start of production.

          🔸WEIZE will make every effort to meet this timeline, but should there be any delays, WEIZE will promptly inform the customer.

          🔸WEIZE will not be held responsible for delays due to:

          ▪️ Force Majeure: Events beyond WEIZE's control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

          ▪️ Carrier Delays: Delays caused by third-party carriers or logistics providers.

          🔸Upon delivery, the customer is required to inspect the goods and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages within two business days. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the customer accepting the order as delivered.

            6. Returns and Refunds

            🔸Large orders are subject to a strict no-return policy.

              7. Warranty

              🔸Products included in large orders are covered under WEIZE’s standard warranty, which guarantees the product's quality and functionality under normal use.
              🔸Any additional or extended warranty terms must be negotiated and confirmed in writing before the order is placed.

                8. Liability

                🔸WEIZE’s liability for any large order is limited to the total value of the order. Under no circumstances will WEIZE be liable for:

                ▪️ Indirect Damages: Such as loss of profits, business interruption, or other economic losses.

                ▪️ Incidental or Consequential Damages: Resulting from delays, defective products, or any other issue related to the order.

                🔸WEIZE’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as per the warranty terms.

                9. Acceptance

                🔸By placing a large order with WEIZE, the customer confirms their acceptance of these terms and conditions. This acceptance constitutes a binding contract between the customer and WEIZE, enforceable under applicable law.
