Shipping Policy
Our goal is to ship out orders that have been placed and paid for the same day. However, due to situations like missed shipment cut-off times, holidays, weekends, and other events out of our control, your shipment may be fulfilled 1-2 business days after an order is placed.
Shipping Outside the Contiguous 48 States
While we do not ship directly outside the 48 united states, we can work with your freight forwarder to accommodate your orders. You, the customer, are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and other additional fees applied upon export. The freight forwarder is responsible for inspecting the packages before accepting to deliver them. Once the packages are accepted by the freight forwarder, Hykolity is not responsible for any damage or loss of the packages.We do not ship our products to the following:

States/territories outside the contiguous U.S. including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands
Countries outside of the United States
Out-of-Stock/Back-Ordered Products Policy
If your order includes out-of-stock items, the remaining in-stock items will be shipped as soon as the order is paid for. Back-ordered items will be sent to you via ground shipping at no additional charge when the stock is replenished. You can request the order to be shipped in one batch when all items are available.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been shipped, contact our customer service department at inquiry@weizeus.comor call (562)456-0507. We will do our best to assist you in a timely fashion. Special order items and items marked as shipped cannot be canceled after the order is processed. Returned items are subject to restocking fees. If an order cannot be canceled, you will be able to return eligible items, shipping charges may apply.

if your trailer is out of level, you can use your scissor jacks to level it.
without your scissor jacks engaged, there's a lot of movement in your trailer.
With your scissor jacks engaged, all that extra movement is gone.
They're adjustable between four and 24 inches and they have a 6500-pound weight capacity per jack.
You can easily raise and lower them with the included crank handle.
These scissor jacks are much beefier than the originals that came with the trailer. Can't wait to take the trailer out camping to see how well they stabilize the trailer. The install was not that bad and hole pattern for the 4 bolts matched up to the existing jack holes that were used on the trailer plate, so no drilling required. I'm very happy with this purchase and when I ordered them up, they showed up very quickly. Thank you WEIZE

I upgraded the stabilizers on a light trailer. They were easy to install and very stable. That being said, they are intended for a much heavier application, and I can't say how they will perform in that case.
