My OEM battery was flooded Group 35 battery. Nissan and other battery websites say Group 24F will not fit as it is slightly longer by about 1.75 inches, the width and heights are almost similar. I have included photos of cavity of Battery space. The plastic tray fits footprint of new battery very well. The jacket provided for Group 35 does not fit but that is ok, I live in North East colder climate. To keep tray from not moving when battery is lowered, I held it with masking tape pieces as in photo. Now comes the tricky part even though the height is similar due to side lips of plastic where handle of battery goes and the Red positive wire does not have much play room. The trick is to "tilt" battery by lifting battery from Black negative post end using the lip as the leverage. Once the positive Red cover terminal clamp sits on the positive post, the Black negative terminal clamp which has some play room fits easily over negative post. I had applied thin layer with dielectric Silicone grease taking on paper towel around the post and underneath and top of terminals but not on the inside of terminal clamp for a better grip. Only tool used was 10 mm SAE combination wrench. The battery was nicely packaged in Foam cushioned box as in photos, it arrived quick with 12.9 V and today after driving for a week had it courtesy tested at an auto store. The Cranking V results are rated 710A, tested 860A (temp of day was 75 F) and Ripple voltage at No load=14.9V and with load=14.8V, with ripple voltage of 9 mV (see photo).
Overall very satisfied with quality and purchase of this battery of Weize. This is my first Battery from Weize, much better than local, online retailers and prompt customer response!
Don’t know what to say it’s a car battery it starts our car each time, the old one was dead, co7ldnt even get a spa4k from it. But, and here’s the but, it 5pm to l9ng for 5his batte4y to get to me, I thought I was ordering it from our local Walmarts and it would be here the nex5 da6, but, hell no, it had 5o be shipped from some warehouse on the other side of the country, Oregon I think and we are 8n NC it took like 2 weeks for it to arrive, wished I knew before I ordered it where it was comming fr9m, maybe I would have jus5 gone to Walmart and picked one up there, but it’s a done deal now so far the battery is still starting the wife’s car, so I give it 5 stars for that
