Warranty Policy

At WEIZE, we are committed to driving innovation and delivering sustainable solutions that make a meaningful difference. As a reflection of our confidence in product quality, we proudly offer a comprehensive warranty on all WEIZE batteries and other items.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty begins on the original date of purchase and applies to defects in materials, workmanship, or performance under normal use and service conditions.
If a WEIZE product fails to meet the standards outlined in our Limited Warranty—as assessed by our technical support team—we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item with a new or refurbished unit. Replacement units will match or exceed the original product’s specifications and rated power.
If a repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund may be issued in accordance with the terms of our Limited Warranty. A detailed replacement cost schedule, based on the remaining warranty period, is available within the warranty documentation.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty will be void under the following conditions:
🔸The product has been dismantled, misused, or improperly installed
🔸The product has been altered or tampered with in any way
For proper installation and usage, please refer to the product manual, visit the product page on our website, or contact WEIZE Customer Support.

🔸WEIZE is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If tracking information shows the package was delivered but not received, please report the issue to the shipping carrier. Our customer service team is also available to assist with further steps.
